How do I edit or change my order?
If you would like to add to or change your order please call our customer service team. We are confident you will like our prices that we guarantee to match any of our competitors advertised prices on available stock wherever possible. Please refer to our Price Match Policy As our product range includes over 13,000 products it is not always possible to have all products in stock at our warehouse. We endeavour to flag products in our online catalogue when they are temporarily out of stock, however occasionally products may be out of stock after you have placed your order. We will contact you by phone or email to seek your instructions – either to cancel the product, wait for the product to come back into stock or provide an alternative product. Our business model is based on high turnover and low margins, which enables us to deliver lower prices than a suburban retail pharmacy. As our turnover is higher we can negotiate lower prices from our suppliers which we are able to pass on to you. Pharmacy Online is owned by Ron de Leeuw. Mr. de Leeuw has over 40 years of retail pharmacy experience. You can visit him in his store at 99 Spring Street, Bondi Junction, NSW. We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), BPAY, cheque and money orders. Yes, we are a secure site and use the latest encryption technologies (SSL 128bit) to protect your personal and credit card details. However if you prefer, you are more than welcome to telephone, fax or mail your credit card details to us or pay via BPAY, cheque or money order. Yes. The products on our website are only what is in our normal range. We are happy to source other products for you, please email us and let us know what you are looking for. Please contact us right away. As we process orders promptly, your order may have already been sent. If your order has already been sent, you can post it back to us unopened and in original condition for a full refund (less postage costs). Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for further information. We have numerous different ways for you to order: via our secure website, telephone, fax, email or mail. Pharmacy Online has partnered with Australia Post for the delivery of your order. If you are not at your delivery address when Australia Post attempts delivery, you will receive a notice advising you of the attempted delivery. Australia Post will keep the parcel for you at the nearest Australia Post Office until you can pick it up. Delivery to PO Boxes are acceptable. You may also like to consider using your work address for the delivery of your order. International delivery processes will depend on your country’s postal system.
